Each and every order is backed up by our iron-clad 30 days returns policy. If you get your print and you are not satisfied, you are entitled for a refund. In order to get your refund, you will need to send the print to us. Before anything, email us and then we will provide you with the return address to which you can send the parcel.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you need:
- email us with your name and reference/order ID
- send the parcel to the address that we provide via email
- request refund within 30 days of your order (it takes up to 4 business days to get your print from the order date)
Buyer pays the return postage. You will not be eligible for any refund if you break canvas print (you’d need to use some strength if you wish to damage/break our canvas print).
